These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of this support site (hereinafter the “Site”) provided by ANA TRADING DUTY FREE CO., LTD. (hereinafter “Company”). This Site is an external website provided via a link from the Company official website (https://www.anadf.com/en/). All users of this Site (hereinafter “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon use of this Site.
- Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all matters concerning the use of this Site and the relationship between Company and Users arising in connection therewith. This Site is provided for the purpose of receiving inquiries regarding the shops operated by our Company and does not establish, amend, or terminate any contract of sale for products.

- An act of running or participating in a political campaign or other similar activity during and outside the political campaign period.
- An act of actually or potentially violating public order and morals.
- An act of actually or potentially violating applicable laws.
- A criminal act, an act that leads to a criminal act, or an act that could potentially lead to a criminal act.
- An act of obtaining information from this Site manually or through use of a computer program and editing or duplicating such information for commercial purposes without Company’s permission.
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by Company.
- Article 3 (Suspension of Provision)
- Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the provision of this Site without prior notice to Users if Company determines that any of the following circumstances exist:
- Maintenance, inspection, or update of computer systems related to this Site.
- Circumstances where provision of this Site becomes difficult due to earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, natural disasters, act of God or other force majeure.
- Other reasons for which Company determines that provision of this Site is difficult.
- Article 4 (Discontinuation of This Site)

- Any dispute arising in connection with this Site between Company and Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
- Article 10 (Deletion of User Information)
- From the perspective of the proper operation of this Site and the protection of personal information, Company may, at its discretion, delete registration information regarding any User for whom no new inquiry has been confirmed for three years or more from the date of receipt of the last inquiry. However, this shall not apply to information required to be preserved under applicable laws.
